Regional Sales Operations Lead partners with the Growth & Sales Lead for ME to track, analyse and report on sales performance; set sales targets for the region; devise sales improvement initiatives; and support sales and operations teams to create effective market and client account plans and strategies. This involves designing and facilitating workshops for leaders and influencers within our organization, as well as pro-actively initiating, facilitating and leading the application of the end-to-end Relationship-Based (RBS) process to help position Jacobs to win major projects, programs and develop meaningful client relationships across all levels of the organization. You will also be the Sales Operations lead for key Tier-1 /2 pursuits.
As a member of the E&P ME Leadership Team you will have a strong focus on delivering our strategy and implementing agreed actions to drive our ME E&P business forward, as well as ensuring strong adherence to governance to protect it. You will practice and model the collaborative consulting skills needed to form partnerships within complex stakeholders and continue to develop your coaching, leadership, and facilitation skills. Autonomy is a given, but the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment is important to being successful.
