Your role:

• Providing quality financial support to the business, proactively advising Management Teams to achieve financial and business goals.

• Shaping Profit and Loss (P&L) and all financial KPIs, overall cost management.

• Oversees the financial forecasting processes for multiple countries, ensuring that financial plans are robust, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Drives the financial performance of the CEE Region by monitoring the key financial metrics, identifying trends, and working with senior sales leaders to develop and implement corrective actions when needed to meet or exceed financial targets.

• Leads initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and tools across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance financial planning and reporting.

• Providing variance analysis and articulating business financial results and plans.

• Managing customers credit limits in cooperation with credit expert.

• Highlighting and mitigating risks in the district through conscientious consideration and practice of policies, and procedures, supervising and executing internal control standards.

You're the right fit if:

• Master Degree in Business or Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Finance, in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent in multinational companies.

• Fluent Polish and English both oral and written.

• Ability to understand and explain impact of developments on business results and ability to translate into financial consequences.

• Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.

• Strong communicative and people skills, able to build bridges between people and influence business decisions.

• Strong analytical and Microsoft office skills.
