We׳re looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company's extensive growth.

About The Role

We׳re looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company's extensive growth.

  • Account payable management - new vendor creation (local and foreign), account payables reconciliation
  • Foreign vendors tax deduction management
  • Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system
  • Processing payments to vendors within the ERP system and related Bank uploading
  • Processing journal entries and managing documentation for credit cards use in the company
  • Travel reports and employee reimbursements management
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of data
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Your Experience & Skills
  • Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 1-2
  • 4-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High tech company - strong advantage
  • English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
  • Experience with Priority ERP system – a must
  • High MS Office proficiency, especially with excel functions - must
  • Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Service-oriented
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • This is a full-time position
