Senior Interoperability Standardization Manager
Job Description

There is no good healthcare if medical devices and healthcare IT systems cannot seamlessly exchange healthcare data. This requires extensive efforts in defining and developing standards for the exchange and integration of devices and systems.

Your role:

• You will work with industry partners, healthcare institutions and governmental organizations in Standards Development Organizations to develop such standards securing the interests of Philips.
• In this highly collaborative role, you will work with Philips businesses to identify interoperability and standards needs for their future product development scenarios and roadmaps.
• This role offers you the chance to work in a flexible environment, maintain contacts across Philips worldwide as well as with external parties and travel to Standardization Development Organizations
  

You're the right fit if:

• You've acquired minimum 4+ years of experience in healthcare information technology.
• Your skills include knowledge about IT related medical standards such as DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7), FHIR and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE)
• You have a bachelor's or master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/ Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Mathematics
• You're an excellent communicator and networker, able to travel and, if you have experience of clinical solutions and department workflows, even better.
