Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruiting lifecycle via support of our Eschweiler Talent Acquisition team
Schedule and confirm virtual and onsite interviews for our German sites; communicates arrangements with both candidates and interviewers
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and confirmations
Administers candidate assessments, if needed
Supports coordination of recruiting events (virtual/in-person) to include managing vendors, supply shipment and ordering, and managing the event calendar/attendees, as needed
Assist with talent acquisition function as needed. Duties could include editing requisitions, updating job descriptions, contacting candidates for initial phone screens, etc.

Education
Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required
Excellent German verbal and written communication skillsEnglish verbal and written communication skills required
Work Experience
Experience in a recruiting admin or coordinator role desired
