Project Manager Responsibilities
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables, to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and respond to changing requirements.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including management, team members, and clients.
• Facilitate collaboration between content creators, designers, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Manage project documentation, including briefs, schedules, reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly and maintain a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a content creation, marketing, or digital media environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of content production processes and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
