Job responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting by thinking beyond conventional approaches.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and ML engineers to understand requirements and develop scalable APIs/services for model deployment.
• Build applications to automate MLOps pipeline steps and stay informed on LLM/GenAI advancements to implement cutting-edge techniques.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Accumulate 5+ years of technical experience in building software.
• Develop strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Utilize public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build APIs and RESTful services using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, in software development.
• Gain knowledge of software applications and technical processes in disciplines like cloud, AI, ML, or mobile.
• Understand fundamentals of machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary projects with strong collaboration skills.
• Deploy business-critical machine learning models in production environments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in microservices design, implementation
• Familiarity with the financial services industries
• Experience with BigData Datastores,containerization technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes)
