Qualifications

• Good analytical acumen with 3-5 years prior work experience. Experience in financial services and/or Banking industry preferred.
• Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools with preferred experience working with forecasting models and automation projects.
• Experience of working with financial data with interest in business and economic environment. Strong understanding of Operating Expenses is a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and PowerPoints skills. Preferred hands-on experience in data transformation, business analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Python, Power Query, Tableau and similar).
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency required (intermediate to advanced level).

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with colleagues at multiple levels and across multiple locations, with occasional exposure to senior management and executive audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is an essential part of the job.
• Adaptability, multitasking, ability to learn and desire to develop and improve by challenging status quo.
• Ability to perform business analytics, data storytelling and presentations.
• Ability to work in teams, cross-collaborating in projects and common key deliverables.
• Experience working with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with managing financial forecast models is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital tools/skillset is preferred.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance data/analytical capability and drive efficiency of the reporting processes.
• Collaborate on projects that encompass multiple products globally.
• Collaborate in standardizing and automating reports and processes.
• Continually identify and be part of improvement opportunities across reporting, analytics, and tool-related activities.
• Be able to perform value-added analytics and extract actionable insights from the data to support decision-making and help drive Expensereduction/optimizationopportunities.
• Maintain existing data assets, reports and dashboards.
• Perform checks to ensure proper data quality for data assets in production.
• Support deployment of globally converged Expense models.
• Provide consultation and support to teams across FP&A working on forecasting models and reporting.
