Primary job responsibilities:
Collaborate with fellow SPO team members on creating and delivering successful changes for internal projects. This will include written communications, slide decks, intranet content, internal events, and potential other channels for Red Hat associates.
Build Business Acumen and understanding of internal Red Hat stakeholders, to perform impact assessments that gauge the importance of a change for those impacted.
Identify and define the barriers to successful change adoption, and brainstorm mitigations for potential resistance.
Learn and implement metrics to gauge change adoption and identify improvement areas for future changes.
Engage proactively and effectively with stakeholders to communicate, ensure buy in, and gain approval for change management deliverables.
equired skills:
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited university program in the Republic of Ireland during the full duration of the internship and must be able to join us full time from June till December 2025
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
Ability to simplify complex ideas to create targeted change management tasks
Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
Creative and strategic thinker
Take initiative on tactics to drive strategic objectives
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to establish authentic relationships with teammates and stakeholders
Desired experience (not required):
Change management frameworks, including ADKAR.
Visual design concepts
Creation of targeted communications for a variety of personas
