• A minimum of2yearsofrelevant work experienceinPerformance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP(Sales and Operations Planning), Finance or related experience preferred

• ABachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations orarelated field is strongly preferred

• Strong verbal and written communications skills inbothKorean and English

• Proficiency inKey Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with Data

• Knowledge and a proactive mindset inDigitalretail marketplace

• Ability to balancemultiple deadlines and priorities

• Advanced knowledgeinExcelis highlyessential;experience withSAP is preferred.
