  • Exhibit strong change management abilities and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage technical expertise and professional knowledge to develop and implement effective policies.
  • Apply an understanding of business dynamics and monitor market trends to proactively address business challenges.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical, operational, and organizational issues.
  • Advise on solutions and proactively mitigate problems with consideration for broader impact and application.
  • Make decisions that affect business outcomes, including project prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders’ perspectives and decisions to achieve departmental goals.
  • Lead briefings and technical meetings for diverse stakeholders, translating complex technical information into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant theories, principles, and systems within the professional discipline.

Education & Experience:

  • Hons bachelor’s in engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5years demonstrated People and Technical Leadership within a comparable environment.
