Job Description

What will you do?

• Leads business requirement gathering to understand enhancements needed.
• Supports roadmap development and maintenance of product backlog.
• Coordinates across business stakeholders to prioritize needs for deployment that advance policy objectives.
• Communicates strategy and portfolio to key business stakeholder and facilitates buy-in across key stakeholders including all digital innovation initiatives.
• Works closely with Product Line Leads and partners to implement enhancement initiatives to advance business outcomes.
• Coordinates with business stakeholders to identify pain points within processes and technologies.
• Engages with technical teams supporting resolution of IT solution issues and incidents.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience IT and/or Project management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office product suite.
• Proven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groups.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines.
