What You Will Do

Working as a developer associate in an agile development team according to Scrum/Lean methodology, you will have the opportunity to:

• Show strong customer focus (as we work closely with key customers to develop the solution).

• Contribute actively to solution realization

• Grow knowledge in professional financial area like management accounting and profitability analysis

• Take the responsibility of software design, implementation, testing and maintenance on time with high quality

• Cooperate closely with other development teams and product managers

• Assess new technology, tools and infrastructure to keep up with rapid pace of change of the industry

• Be interested in extending knowledge in related business processes

• Continually enhance existing skills and personal development

• Coordinate and communicate with other team on cross function topics

What You Bring

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical disciplines

• 0-3 years of professional experience in development, preferably in financial reporting or profitability analysis area

• Applied programming skills and experience with ABAP/HTML5/Web Service/oData, etc, and SAP HANA knowledge and cloud development experience is a plus

• Having good software design skills. Being familiar with common algorithms, design patterns, software engineering methodologies

• Good business understanding with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate it into features and software design

• Fluent in English (Oral & Written)

• Being able to handle topics with complex business logic with support.

• Open minded, ability to learn quickly and dive into new topics

• Good communication skills and team player
