- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of sales experience in the technology, advertising, or internet space.
- Experience partnering with SMB clients in the digital ads market.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with managing and inspiring high performing sales teams against quotas, and in brand performance at scale.
- Knowledge of the Italian ecosystem and experience working with clients on the Italian market.
- Ability to own sales team operations, including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
- Ability to model and coach behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders, including passion for consultative solutions sales with a drive to innovate.
- Independent with the ability to work in a changing environment, proactive, can-do attitude, follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
