Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s DegreeAND8+ years experience in product/service/project/programmanagement or software development
- ORequivalent experience.
- 8+years experiencedelivering products in highly matrixed organization
- 3+ years practical experience of implementing data security, information security and cloud security controls
- 3+years experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- knowledge of LLM and AI technologies, data analytics, processing systems, and quality evaluation systems.
Other Requirements
to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsarerequiredfor this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND10+ years experiencein product/service/project/program
management or software development- OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated collaboration and partnership abilities, with a proventrack recordof driving results across teams
- Demonstrated experience developing product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services
- Demonstrated experience in successfully designing, delivering, and iterating on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated Experience with customer-centric and data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or relevant certification
- Experience with negotiations
