Provides expertise in employee relations, ensuring compliance with local policies and requirements.
Provides guidance in the development of global HR and cross-functional programs and ensures local execution.
- Partner in the creation of solutions and service delivery that meet business and employee needs.
- Listen, engage, propose a plan, and provide coaching around people and organizational concerns.
- Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as corporate social responsibility and community engagement.
- Lead complex HR projects, initiatives, and certifications (GPTW, Mamá Godín, Merco, Company Reputation, Expansion, restructuring, etc.).
Assists in investigating / resolving complex situations or questions with supervisors and employees at our site.
May support a broad range of other activities (generalist, administrative, payroll, etc.)
Your Skills and Expertise
qualifications:
- on Business Administration and correlated areas
- 5+ years in a HR business partner or strategic talent management role
- Expertise in local labor laws, regulations, and practices.
- Strong employee and labor relations experience.
- Intermediate / Advanced English
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Union negotiation experience is preferred
