- Conduct daily site visits and focused inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Advocate and promote the Jacobs Safety Observation Report (SOR) System.
- Collaborate with the Jacobs Construction Engineers HSE team.
- Mentor and coach contractor site supervision and HSE teams and work closely with Jacobs Construction Engineers, guiding them on processes and procedures.
- Be an active participant in Construction Engineers Weekly Meetings and Jacobs Cross Program HSE Weekly Meetings.
- Attend and support site-level Pre-task briefings, Tool Box Talks, and Safety Stand downs.
- Intervene and report unsafe acts or conditions. And also provide recommendations for Safety Violations Reports (SVR) and Stop Work Notices (SWN) to Construction Managers.

As a successful candidate for HSE Engineer you will possess following attributes
• You bring a wealth of experience, with 4+ years in infrastructure projects, particularly large-scale civil work packages.
• You hold advanced technical training and/or a bachelor's degree in an HSE-related field.
• You possess a deep understanding of KSA Federal Regulations.
• Your communication skills are top-notch., and you excel in IT skills.
