Act as the technical expert interface both internally to GDM/PM/LM & externally towards customers & external. Suppliers to be able to explain in clear way all technical & other questions
Supporting GDM/PM/LM/Presales teams during presales phase/project setup phase both regarding resource dimensioning & technical consultation/documentation.
Drive the team, including work assignment & Supporting engineers in case of technical expertise required
Keep governance on external Suppliers regarding services being delivered by them for NOKIA
Validates the workload involved and expertise needed related to technical tasks
Management of escalated technical issues for scope being delivered from GDCs, including RCA preparation
Technical leadership to the team including technical governance and supporting to resolve escalated operational issues
Ensure that Technical documentation and MOP/SOP/WI are available
Drive continues improvement of processes/services being delivered to customers
Approves knowledge articles created by engineers
Continuous Coaching & mentoring of the team
Competence and performance assessment of the team, including training plans development & providing feedback to stream resource manager/LMs
Ensure proper team dimensioning vs agreed/predicted workload
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Fluent in English (B1 minimum)
Degree/ Diploma related to telecommunications, electronics, computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 5 years experience in network operations, maintenance and / or technical support activities, minimum 3 years as L2 engineer
In-depth knowledge of NOKIA Radio equipment ((2G/3G/4G/5G), NOKIA GSMR experience & and multi vendor skills (Huawei, Ericsson) would be welcome
Very Good knowledge in network fault/performance/configuration management.
Spirit rigorous in the transactions, particularly in following technical instructions and reporting.
Willingness to work in "Business Hours" & "Non Business Hours" exceptionally.
Control of quality of communication during a crisis situation (stay focused on the objective information & communicate in real time).
