Job Summary

As a Trading Services Associate within our dynamic team, you will be tasked with comprehending trading structures to accurately record all transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting reconciliation checks and diligently performing all controls. You will collaborate with support teams to efficiently resolve queries and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture all transactions accurately in Risk Management Systems.
• Complete intraday and end-of-day reconciliation checks.
• Collaborate with Operations and infrastructure groups.
• Perform and sign off on all controls diligently.
• Communicate clearly with support teams for query resolution.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Build understanding of trading structures financially and operationally.
• Ensure timely processing of new trading activity.
• Support a 'one team approach' across functions.
• Evolve business architecture continuously.
• Maintain general book management accuracy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Understand derivatives and hedging products (e.g., Swaps, FX, Bonds).
• Know front-to-back Operations processes and issue resolution.
• Recognize impact on infrastructure groups (Finance, Risk, Legal).
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
• Pay attention to detail and take ownership.
• Be a great team player in a dynamic environment.
• Possess strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Solve problems and manage projects effectively.

• Possess technical skills, especially in Excel (VBA is a plus).
