• Driving Performance & Scale first approach to R&D teams. Strategy and policy across teams.
• Conduct performance tests, analyze test results and suggest performance improvements in cloud environment.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Ability to drive higher quality by assessing end-user impact of issues and thereby being a quality advocate.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, seek guidance, and share ideas.

• 6-12 years of work experience in a dev team member role
• Experience in web application and API testing
• Basic understanding of API integration, data processing, and visualization
• Experience with one of the following programming languages: Java, Python or C#
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple queries.
• Experience with various software development methodologies as well as with tools like JIRA
• Experience with one or more load and performance testing tools like JMeter
• Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities, and proven design skills.
• Experience in problem solving and/or troubleshooting software.
