Job Responsibilities:
- Write engaging, strategic content across every channel for the local market, including web, social and comms
- Ideate and deliver end-to-end campaigns, with a focus on creating excellent customer experiences
- Help shape market-specific journeys in partnership with marketing and designers, to deliver good customer outcomes
- Ask questions and proactively seek areas for improvement, communicating across teams (we call them squads and tribes) to find solutions
- Work alongside other copywriters in the Content team
- Evangelise for readability, usability and creativity
- Help colleagues to become better writers by sharing best practice and collaborating.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Native fluency in written and verbal German and professional fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, German, Journalism, Creative Writing, Human Centered Design or other area(s) of relevant focus
- 3+ years of writing experience in a marketing or creative role
- Used to working within brand style guides to ensure consistency of content across a business
- Excellent communication skills.
