About You & Your Responsibilities
Manages cross-functional teams to seek out, integrate, and interpret various complex information
Leverages long-term collaborative relationships with critical stakeholders from other functions or geographies to achieve alignment and build consensus for multiple team, departmental, and organizational goals
Coordinates efforts and consistently communicates strategy to stakeholders; helps others translate complex information by accounting for differences in knowledge and choosing the most appropriate medium to be easily understood.
Determines when different approaches or solutions may be needed beyond what’s routine, and consistently consults with and influences other project team leaders within and external to the organization to develop and encourage the use of innovative approaches to complete work and solve complex problems across the department
Sets strategic priorities to ensure that their department and/or functional area has the resources and information needed to meet its priorities; oversees and hold others accountable for decision-making within the function
Consistently communicates priority changes and coaches multiple teams to accurately determine which tasks are most important, avoid distractions, and adjust to shifting priorities; shifts priorities based on new information, conditions, business needs, and strategic objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
10+ years of experience in semiconductor/technology
5+ years’ experience in technical leadership
English and Arabic languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong insight into key trends & digitalization needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong technology background
Strong self-starter with the ability to build a network within the organization and ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.
Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.
PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.
