Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
- 6 years of experience in relevant work, including with contract development and vendor management across many vendors and types of network infrastructure.
- Experience in acquisition of services from, or business development with, providers around colocation, submarine cable landings, dark fiber, and network capacity.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of telco carriers in the South East Asia region, and particularly Thailand.
- Ability to derive strategic clarity and consensus in ambiguous regulatory, business and technical environments.
- Excellent aptitude, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
