Receives comprehensive coaching on how to become athrough real practice. Supports pre-implementation analysis, application configuration and assists in training people in Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems. Analyzes app-based problems as I/II tier of support.
Your key responsibilities
Supporting Consultants in pre-implementation activities (workshop, business analysis, mapping of processes)
Supports application configuration according to provided documentation
Prepares documentation, user instructions, training materials for end-users
Helps in performing trainings
Works as I/II tier of support
Skills and attributes for success
Strong communication skills
Very good German or French language
Very Good English language
Preferably experience in any modern CRM or ERP systems (preferably SaaS application) – SAP or Microsoft or Salesforce or Oracle etc.
Nice to have: experience in any part of Microsoft Power Platform solution
Nice to have: experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution
Nice to have: experience with data visualization tool – preferably Power BI
Nice to have: knowledge of any modern OOP language
Domain knowledge in at least one of the following:
Finance & Accounts,
Warehousing, Procurement,
Trade & Logistics,
Manufacturing,
Sales
Marketing
Customer Service
Readiness to learn technologies from Microsoft Tech Stack
Ability to handle large data sets in Excel (VBA – nice to have) OR experience in any of the databases
Ability to prepare documentation, user manuals and training presentation
