Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EMEA marketing strategies that align with business priorities, focusing on Treasury, Commerce, and Trade & Working Capital product marketing. Utilize a data- and client-centric approach to drive growth.
- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing initiatives, partnering with sales, country heads, and industry teams to acquire new business and deepen client relationships.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal marketing teams to design and implement cohesive, innovative campaigns with measurable impact. Advise on channel activations to maximize the marketing ecosystem's potential.
- Measure, track, and present marketing outcomes and insights to executive leadership. Leverage data to refine strategies and optimize in-market initiatives.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
- Work closely with EMEA Payments and Global Payments Marketing colleagues and across lines of business marketers to ensure alignment and synergy and transparency of communication.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Expertise in creating and delivering data-driven integrated strategies and activations.
- Essential B2B marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing.
- Proven experience in campaign development and optimization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full marketing mix.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams and functions.
- Experience in regional project execution and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Essential experience in Financial Services, Fintech, and/or Payments marketing, with a proven track record of driving marketing and go-to-market initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the payments industry.
- Exceptional expertise in data aggregation and storytelling through PowerPoint.
