At the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) Enterprise Command Centre we operate multiple services and technologies. We are currently seeking talented technicians to be a part of our Mainframe Team. You will play a key role in providing support for our infrastructure operations. You will also be part of the implementation of leading-edge solutions for Citi’s Mainframe environment. Our team provides support from a state-of-the-art support center.

Responsibilities:

• In this role you will be part of advanced support team, providing support to mainframe service, execution of high visibility activities and resolution of day to day operational challenges.

• You will be involved in advanced infrastructure problem management driving improvement project related to enhance service, toiling reduction as well as finding opportunities to integrate new set of skills into our operational structure.

• We will work together with the multiple functions and assignments to ensure proper performance of the processes running within one of the biggest IT environments all over the world. This will include direct engagement into operations including immediate notifications for critical issues and acting as the service owner.

• You will have the opportunity to develop in the field of communication thanks to cooperation with employees at various levels, in different regions of the world and from a wide range of global IT and business.

• Key to your success will be impeccable process fulfilment and continuous service delivery as this is our highest priority.

• Sharing your technology related knowledge with team members as well as taking responsibility to introduce new generation of Z infrastructure analysts.

Requirements:

• Good clear communication in English (verbal and written). Spanish a plus. This role will interact with IT management and highly technical engineers.

• Open and willing to learn and share your knowledge with the team and help them achieve their goals.

• High-reaching and with dedication towards continual growth and self-improvement.

• Good time management skills with high sense of urgency and dedication.

• Clear personal work ethic that inspires quality and enthusiasm.

• Ability and willingness to operate within tightly controlled operational procedures.

• 2+ years’ experience across IBM Z platform architecture.
