Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in Category Management/Development and Channel Marketing.
Experience with retail execution, end-to-end partnerships, and compliance management.
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building strategic-oriented business plans and engaging with large, complex retailers or distributors.
Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of financials and market information, identifying trends/opportunities and the reasons behind them.
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
