Global Compliance - Senior Associate/ Communication Specialist

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Travel will be required on occasion for one-to-one and team meetings.

Your key responsibilities

• Work alongside senior members of the Global Compliance team on compliance testing
• Contribute to the design of compliance solutions and their feasibility testing
• Manage various platforms used for Compliance Monitoring matters and support of the Enterprise Risk Management process
• Run training sessions on behalf of Global Compliance
• Analyse data to support the production of management reports using appropriate tools
• Maintain guidance and training material relating to the compliance risks in scope
• Drafting key process manuals, communication collateral and operational processes for review by senior members of Global Risk Management

• Ability to work independently and within a global team, across locations
• Excellent business writing, communication and presentation skills
• 2-4 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management, with experience in communications would be a plus
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical skills
