As our Manager Internal Audit – Risk Consulting practice, you’ll play a crucial role in managing internal audit engagements to ensure the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role is based in
Wellington, New Zealand.
- Manage internal audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting. Engage with clients and manage client relationships effectively
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and relevant regulations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members delivering Internal Audit, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field, with strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities are essential.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Professional services experience or experience in working with a large complex multi-facet organisation desired. Ability to manage budgets and oversee the team delivering Internal Audit.

- A Bachelor or Master’s degree qualification.
