Track project milestones including task duration and resource usage
Track and maintain supplier records and generate purchase order
Create reports showing critical path activities and schedules
Create, manage, and update project scope, task lists and timelines, budget and costs
Lead and Conduct Product Trial Preparation: Ensure part availability, line readiness
Complete Trial Report: Document observations, analysis, and results, make recommendations as needed and drive solutions. Record all issues found during trials and help drive to closure
Provide feedback to technical project/program manager and cross-functional team members on issues, yield impact
Manage engineering changes and bill of materials (MBOM)
Perform project walks with system owners, support validation of manufacturing
Assist with writing technical documents
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related or equivalent experience. Three years of progressive experience in product development within a high-volume industry
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, able to multi-task, meet critical deadlines with eye for accuracy and attention to details
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
Proven excellent computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Willingness to be hands-on with hands on projects throughout the factory
Demonstrated Part / Product Development experience
Basic knowledge of CAD is required. CATIA experience is desirable
