What you`ll do

SAP is looking to further strengthen our M365 team within our Walldorf location. The position requires strong analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. Flexible and open-minded thinking with the ability to identify dependencies among complex infrastructure services and defining appropriate actions.

• Drive SAP’s future cloud-oriented Client Architecture Strategy
• Portfolio, Project and Demand Management
• Investigate new technologies and design solutions and services
• Coordinate deployment and rollout of new services
• Work closely with our Managed Service Providers and Vendors to ensure services meet business requirements

What you bring

• 6+ years of experience as Infrastructure Architect (f/m/d)
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or equivalent working knowledge
• Strong track record as architect & program lead in the Enterprise IT environment
• Experience in client workplace topics, cloud services and architecture, ideally with focus on Microsoft 365 services esp. Entra ID
• Strong background in program and project management
• Experience in driving high-visibility topics in large enterprise including stakeholder management, board and senior management engagement
• Flexible, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced and multicultural organization.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English and German language skills oral and written
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced and multi-cultural organization
• Flexible attitude towards working hours to work as part of the global team. Occasional shifted hours to accommodate time zone issues is to be expected.
• Ability to communicate directly with end users and customers at various levels of technical abilities with professionalism.
