As a Talent Advisor within our Asia-Pacific Asset and Wealth Management team, you will support the APAC region across seven markets. Reporting to the APAC Talent Advisory Lead for Asset and Wealth Management, you will manage relationships with senior management and business leaders, leveraging your consulting and advisory skills to drive strategic learning and talent development objectives aligned with global and regional business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of an end-to-end talent development agenda for Asset and Wealth Management through partnership with business leaders, HR Business Advisors, and other Corporate Learning organizations
  • Leverage talent data and to conduct needs analysis to identify gaps at the individual, team, and organizational levels
  • Execute select development solutions for employees, managers/leaders, and teams by partnering across AWM and the firm to drive best practices, consistency, and measure impact
  • Partner with global / regional colleagues to effectively deliver segment specific learning solution and learning curriculum, in partnership with internal subject matter experts, or via vendor resources.
  • Support the data gathering, materials preparation, facilitation and partner with HR Business Advisors and Business Leaders on follow-up action planning for talent and succession planning and the identification of high potentials deeper in the organization
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Asset and Wealth Management on talent management, performance management, leadership development, and other key talent processes
  • Manage a wide array of projects to develop and /or implement development programs and other projects/initiatives including the identification and timely execution of deliverables, communications strategy, and implementation plan
  • Provide coaching in support of Leadership Development and other development initiatives leveraging psychometric tools and relevant coaching techniques

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience with exposure to organization development including at least 4 years in financial services.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in designing and delivering professional skills training; developing content for offsites and management workshops
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across global teams and in matrix environment.
  • Experience working with senior internal clients and ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, managing conflicting priorities effectively
  • Excellent project management and planning skills with a proven track record of delivering programs at scale.
  • Good understanding of organization development tools as well as solid facilitation skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in designing and delivering development interventions, with highly effective analytical skills for clear and concise reporting.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Prior experience in a multinational financial sector is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous, as the role require interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders based in the region.
