In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
You will work as an Advisor and Business Analyst with functional responsibility across SAP MM module for clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Arranging and facilitating meetings, documentation of decisions, status, and risks, collect requirements with accuracy, uphold business process and best practices, collaborate with wide range of stakeholders, and manage scope.
- Strong familiarity with SAP MM implementation methodologies
- Extensive experience designing and configuring the key integration points Materials Management module and other SAP modules.
- Stakeholder management.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of how SAP is configured for the MM module
- Able to navigate SPRO
- Skills or ability to quickly learn Service Now (incidents, stories, reporting, etc.)
- High level knowledge of Ariba and Fieldglass
- Strong skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Functional Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills, ability to:
- Arrange and facilitate meetings/workshops
- Communicate project status, providing visibility to achievements and risk to stakeholders
- Negotiate with business to ensure adherence to SAP Applications standards
- Communicate clearly with both onshore and offshore teams
- Strong written communication skills, ability to:
- Create well written, concise, and understandable emails, decision records, process documentation
- Plan and create meeting agendas and document meeting outcomes
- Update business requirements documents
- Communicate clearly with both onshore and offshore teams
- Experience in defining scope & stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of standard SCM business process and best practices, and have the ability to quickly pick up CVE specific processes
- In-depth experience on collecting business requirements with accuracy and completeness
- Ability to manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, and ensure team members have clarity and visibility on the process and expectations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure priorities are identified and managed
- Strong knowledge of standard business processes
- Applicant needs to understand standard SCM business processes and best practices and have the ability to quickly pick up CVE specific processes
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
