• Drive Campaigns: Lead and support Oceania BMC campaigns within the Market Insights team, bringing strategy to life.
• Execute with Impact: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, collaborating across social, design, web, and comms teams.
• Strategize & Deliver: Partner with stakeholders to shape and roll out marketing initiatives that hit the mark.
• Client-Focused: Understand stakeholder needs and deliver exceptional service using the right tools and resources.
• Champion Efficiency: Spot opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Bring fresh ideas, tech, and creativity to the table to elevate campaign performance.
• Own Digital Channels: Coordinate social, web, email, and marketing automation to guide the customer journey.
• Measure What Matters: Continuously enhance tracking, reporting, and analytics to sharpen campaign results.


• Campaign Cred: 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns with a strong digital edge.
• Strategic Storytelling: Sharp marketing communication skills and a track record of executing campaigns of all shapes and sizes.
• Project Pro: Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders without missing a beat.
• Digital First: Passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and fluent in marketing automation—ideally Marketo.
• Best Practice Mindset: You learn fast, share insights, and apply leading practices to elevate every campaign.

• Agile Energy: Thrive in collaborative, fast-moving teams and adapt quickly to change.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• CX Champion: Curious, motivated, and client-obsessed—you know when to lead and when to support, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when it counts.
