Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Learning Need assessment & creating calendars

Assisting in Interacting with various stakeholders understanding the learning priorities for the year
Interacting with learning SPOCs one on one or via surveys for Training need analysis and requirement gathering
Assisting in providing solution to new requirements
Creating yearly/ quarterly calendars

L&D budgeting & planning

Assist in tracking learning budget basis learning priorities and requirements
Assist in consolidating & finalizing the FY Solution training budget

Project Management of

Stakeholder Management

Develop good knowledge of business to understand business requirements
Stay abreast with changes in business to be able to proactively provide required solutions

Facilitator Management:

Maintain and build internal and external SME/trainer pool or database
Assist in identifying trainers (internal/external) for various learning programs

Participant Management:

Identify right target audience for various learning programs
Drive participation

Vendor Management:

Timely communicate new vendor requirements to the operations team
Assist in screening of vendors and trainers- in case of external vendor-led programs
Liaise with business for vendor selections
Monitor performance to ensure only trainers with high feedback scores are used continuously. Ensure feedback is recorded & implemented in training programs.

Content Management & Strategic projects:

Assist in building and updating content as and when required
Assist in strategic projects as and when required

Skills and attributes for success

Strong planning and problem-solving skills
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI will be a plus

Understanding and working knowledge of Government functioning having interfaced with senior Government Bureaucracy to schedule meetings 4. High integrity and commitment 8. Passionate to learn and evolve Job Description/ Objectives of the role- 1. Maintain physical connect with GPS Engagement Managers and work with them to schedule at least 30-35 SQA meetings each month with senior most Government Client Leadership 2. Also, must be able to obtain client details from the Engagement team/s to send emails to Senior client Bureaucracy/Hierarchy and then follow-up to close the meetings 3. Attend all virtual and NCR client meetings with GPS QA Director, take notes of the meeting and draft first cut of the ASQ reports 4. Analyse the ASQ reports and synthesize the data into SSL/ Sectoral/ Geographical cohorts for sharing the same with the respective Leaders 5. Support in scheduling periodic meetings with the GPS Leadership team on the SQA meetings done during the period with key pointers/actions expected by clients from EY. 6. Sanitise the list of GPS engagements with the Finance team on which SQA meetings must be scheduled on quarterly basis
