Global Compliance platform team is looking for a self-motivated and customer focused Java Engineer to build and maintain the leading state of the platform that caters to compliance regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is an individual experienced in the full software lifecycle with good collaboration skills.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze product requirements and convert them into effective technical design
• Collaborate closely with the product team to simplify and implement regulatory requirements.
• Understand the technical design of the system and actively participate in design reviews.
• Work within a small team to develop code required for microservices.
• Write, test, debug, and document software applications with a focus on quality and maintainability.
• Write Unit tests/Functional Tests for the applications.
• Plan and coordinate software releases, working with domain teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Lead the program from the compliance domain.

Skill Sets:

• Bachelor/Masterdegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related area.

• 6-8years of hands-on in Java, OO-based design and development.

• Strongskills in Server Side Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST, Maven, GitHub and other open-source Java Libraries.

• Databasedesign, programming, tuning and query optimization.

• Testmethodologies and testing tools, e.g., TestNG, JUnit.

• Full-SDLCcycle, with large-scale live roll-out participation as a developer.

• Demonstratedability to solve complex problems.

• Theability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across time zones is essential.

• Strongverbal and writing skills; ability to thoroughly understand product specifications and produce clear, concise documentation.

• Knowledgeof QA automation processes and tools is preferred.

• Abilityand willingness to be a full-stack developer
