- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program management
- Experience in procurement and negotiation with vendors including managed service delivery
- Experience managing programs for a portfolio of buildings in multiple geographies to defined timelines, budgets, and quality metrics
- Experience preparing presentation materials for executive briefings, team updates, and conferences
Preferred qualifications:
- An industry certification in smart buildings, control systems, IoT systems, IoT cyber security, energy management or similar
- Communication skills and ability to represent the organization internally and externally
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule within budget
- A track record of delivering technology and technical infrastructure in corporate real estate across multiple locations
- Ability and flexibility to travel internationally
