You will work with the Integration AI Team.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native solutions for AI-powered workflow automations, schema intelligence & GenAI integrations.
• Collaborate, and develop programming environment with peer engineers, and architects spanning their respective areas to deliver end-to-end components and features.
• Gather and interpret broad requirement specifications from customers/Product Management that are not yet defined.
• Champion software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and automation.
• Produce techno-functional specs and designs based on high-level requirements.
• Estimate efforts, identify risks, and meet project schedules.
• Be an amazing performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a fast-growing distributed workplace.
• Work in an Agile software development team delivering product and feature increments in short iterations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.

What We'd Like to See

• Experience with cloud-native development and deployment processes.
• Experience with Kubernetes stack.
• Experience in GenAI, RAG pipelines and schema intelligence.
• 8+ years of experience developing enterprise software products using Java technologies.
• Excellent coding and design skills in Java server-side technologies, object-oriented concepts, and Java open-source frameworks are mandatory.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React and modern UI development
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Role Essentials

• Experience in Java, Cloud applications, database concepts
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and Vector databases.
• Familiarity with the Agile development process.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
