Activities and priorities
- Overseeing and coaching relevant Vaccines & PH teams in AGILE processes and practices, ensuring adherence to AGILE principles and values.
- Working with, and supporting the Product Owners/Brand Leads in successfully deploying the AGILE ways of working.
- Driving active participation, planning effective SPRINT objectives in collaboration with the Product Owners (POs), organising and managing the backlog,
- Making demonstrable improvements, discovering root causes to impediments, driving long term improvement plans
- Efficient and effective SCRUM events, exchange ideas across the agile community, adopt and embed empirical, data driven decision making
- Develop and maintain impediment list, develop and implement appropriate escalation protocol
- Develop team culture, effective adoption of new ‘Ways of Working’, reward and recognition programmes
Key Capabilities for the role include:
- Deep knowledge of AGILE principles and methods and experience a SCRUM Master and/or as a member of an AGILE core team
- Strong leadership abilities, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skill.
- Collaboration with business partners, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams
- Able to effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholder via multiple channels
