You’ll work closely with other tax experts across disciplines, helping clients manage global mobility programs, international assignments, and cross-border tax challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on inbound and outbound expatriates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality service and tailored advice.
• Deliver complex mobility tax projects with a high level of technical excellence.
• Collaborate across EY teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive and lead new initiatives while effectively managing risk and compliance.

About you

• Significant experience in expatriate or global mobility tax.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven experience in mobility tax compliance and advisory services .
