What You'll DoAs a Solution Architect, you will develop creative solutions for real business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. You will analyze internal processes, data and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new & emerging digital technologies.
Responsibilities include:- Develop simple solutions to address complex problems
- Work closely with Scrum master, Product owner and global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.
- Identify and recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance
- Define technical standard methodologies for the implementation
- Perform code reviews & ensure consistency to standard processes
- Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks at early stages of the implementation & recommend remedial measures
- Collaborate with multi-functionally with other IT teams to determine how best to implement Salesforce solutions
- Identify Onboard-to-Optimize gaps and challenges; translate these into a transformation strategy and roadmap, and orchestrate end-to-end solutions
- Develop high-quality code with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new technologies, advocating for their implementation where beneficial
Who You AreYou are a self-motivated techno-functional IT professional who has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and you are able to influence within and outside the organization. Minimum requirements include:
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a relevant Engineering degree with strong Computer Science fundamentals
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 8-10 years Techno-Functional knowledge in SFDC Sales & Service cloud, Einstein Analytics.
- Hold certifications such as Salesforce.com Application Architect or System Architect, in addition to sales cloud, Platform App Builder , Platform Developer I and II
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Self-starter, who can work both independently and multi-functionally
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product manager & owners
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to teach others
