Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and influence prospective customers early in their digital transformation journey, helping them navigate SAP offerings.
  • Promote SAP's solutions across a range of channels, including email, phone, social media, customer meetings, events, and roundtables.
  • Execute effective demand generation campaigns for SAP's portfolio and solutions to drive customer engagement.
  • Enhance customer data quality to identify key focus areas and optimize engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with various sales and demand generation teams to manage a defined territory and drive customer acquisition.
  • Secure new prospective customer meetings through consultative, value-driven conversations.
  • Manage the early-stage pipeline to ensure smooth deal progression and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the software industry.
  • Experience using customer engagement platforms and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of data privacy and protection rules when handling B2B prospects' data.
  • Proven ability to establish strong business relationships with SAP sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Competent in articulating business challenges and transformation trends relevant to different industries.
  • Experience with strategic prospect outreach through various engagement channels and tactics.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks against a set of KPIs.
  • In-depth understanding of the demand generation funnel, customer engagement tactics, and progression practices.
  • Strong customer focus, business acumen, and executive presence.
