What you’ll do:

• Identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Facebook, alumni groups, meetups, conferences, and more)
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
• Build and nurture strong pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve performance and ROI
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and channels
• Be a proactive, collaborative team player who contributes to a high-performing Talent team

What you bring:

• 1–2 years of sourcing experience in tech recruiting, either in-house or at an agency
• Strong command of sourcing strategies and platforms, with proven success identifying R&D talent
• Hands-on experience conducting phone screens and candidate assessments
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, tracking KPIs, and optimizing for results
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
