• Consult with meeting sponsor/requester/TME event manager to understand production requirements of the event
• Involved in the planning of flagship/selected events to ensure the production elements are met in accordance with the requirements of the event based on profile of the event
• Drive cost efficiencies and negotiations with production suppliers, ensuring all value adds have been reviewed and exhausted with suppliers
• Identify key production suppliers to partner with to establish Master Service Agreements (MSA) globally
• Ensuring that our key suppliers are performing up to our expectations in service delivery and performance
• Manage production suppliers, including but not limited to audio-visual, lighting, scenic, furniture etc.
• Manage any communication between production suppliers and internal team, e.g. BMC and CSG
• Manage translation services with appointed vendors as required
• Ability to resolve any complex problems and effectively with minimal disruption, using existing approved solutions/technology
• Assist in other areas of Meeting & Event Services as needed – including but not limited to, trainings and briefings on Meetings and Events Policy and processes
• Support and devise ideas/best practices to M&E team to drive process efficiencies as well as contribute creativity on special M&E projects
• Recommend solutions and provides guidance to TME event managers and meeting requestors regarding specific aspects of a large event or initiative
• Anticipates client’s questions and is prepared when dealing with internal clients
• Comply and promote the firm’s meetings and events policy
• Actively promote the overall objectives of the Travel, Meetings & Events Services team by supporting our overall strategy with every interaction with stakeholders
• Seek to understand Production trends and bring in best practices, technology and solutions etc.

No direct supervisory responsibilities
Job Requirements:
To effectively team remotely, a stable and reliable home internet connection is required.
To effectively team in person, you will be expected to work from the EY GDS office in Manila based on local policies.
Some international travel may be required as part of this role therefore, you must have a valid passport, or the ability to obtain one.
When working across multiple time zones, there may be occasions where you’ll be required to work outside of regular business hours.
Education:
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills are required.
• Further language skills are not required, but additional language skills will be highly regarded
• While not mandatory, a degree in Business and/or Procurement will be highly regardedExperience:
• A minimum 4 - 5 years of event production experience
• Requires knowledge and experience of running large, logistically complex Global events
• Must be experienced with all Microsoft Office Tools with competency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of production software and applications is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to communicate clearly and with authenticity to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Must be able to work independently with guidance
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Experience working in a cross-cultural, service-focused environment is not required, but will be highly regarded
