Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain database systems to support web applications and micro services.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application functionality.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using C# and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database and backend issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the use of best practices

RDBMS Concepts:

DDL, DML, Table, Constraints, Data Integrity, Relationship, Stored Procedure, Index, Statistics, View, Trigger, Sequence, Cursor, CTE, User Defined Function, User Defined Type, User and Role Management,

Deal with complex data type like Binary, XML, Json in database

Security, DB Script, Data Partition

Ability to design a normalized database

Ability of database design to meet scalability, security, performance, and reliability requirements

Ability of database performance tuning

Database Backup and Restore

ETL SSIS Package :

Create, extract, transform and load processes and programs in appropriate environments

Application of best practices of ETL processes and metadata

Create, extract, load and transform processes and programs in appropriate environments

Reporting technologies:

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) as a reporting tool
