Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance planning, scheduling and associated maintenance work.
- 1 year of experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- 1 year of experience leading/planning facility electrical equipment maintenance.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in critical facility maintenance planning and scheduling specifically electrical maintenance including turnaround maintenance planning.
- Experience in vendor management and coordination.
- Ability to develop long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts including work load balancing.
- Ability to communicate with internal customers and external parties, and to resolve any issues.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
