Responsibilities:
Release Planning:
Collaborate with development, Testing and product management teams to understand release requirements.
Develop release plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule release activities.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks associated with the release.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and address issues that may arise during the release process after consultation with stake holders.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between cross functional teams and other relevant teams.
Communicate release schedules, status updates, and potential issues to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration among different teams.
Release Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule release activities and communicate with all stake holders
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate and improve release processes based on feedback and post-release analysis.
Release Metrics and Reporting:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to release
Generate release status reports and present to stake holders
Compliance:
Ensure that releases comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
