To develop Team sales with assigned Teamwear customers, tap full potential and manage all interfaces towards adidas respecting the framework set by Sales Management
To organise and prepare sell-in customer meetings using the sell-in checklist, pre-selecting the range, offering sell-out support, based on our seasonal focus products, technologies and concepts
To negotiate and enforce the adidas trade terms (collect sell through data from customers)
To drive all commercial questions regarding Teamwear
Pro-active approach towards clubs together with Teamwear dealers across Italy with the goal to sign x number of clubs until 2020
Execute the actual Teamwear business plan for the Italian market and be proactive in developing and reshaping it, in order to increase TW business and number of clubs
Build and develop the B2B business related to Teamwear
Work in team with CtC on Teamwear collection and forecast
Skills you'll need:
High analytical skills for strategy development and business planning.
Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
Commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance and controlling).
Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Main Requirements:
Ideally minimum 2 years of sales experience within large sales organisations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
Fluent in written and spoken English.
IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills. SAP knowledge is an added plus.
