Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in mainframe solutions and experience in designing architectures for highly available, highly scalable, and highly secure mainframe systems.
Experience in migrating mainframe systems (including products)
Experience in analyzing mainframe systems to formulate plans to improving or migrating the systems.
Customer facing skills, thought Leader to drive technical and project discussions with technical teams, project management and senior management.
Demonstrates ability to think strategically about business, product, services, and technical challenges.
Proven track record of managing and delivering mainframe solutions and services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively across the organization.
Skills in BMC and non-BMC mainframe products
Hands-on experience in mainframe solutions including: operating system, sub-systems (Db2, CICS, MQ, etc.), storage, security, and hardware.
Must be familiar with other IT technologies.
Excellent presentation skills to enable communication with technical teams and management.
