Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience working in materials management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, hardware development, and program management.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research, or a related field.
- Experience with supply/demand planning and accounting/finance.
- Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.
- Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking, and customizing communications based on the audience.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization and lead cross-functional process improvements, using strong problem-solving and communication/facilitation skills.
